About the products
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, are not drugs or supplements, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Can you tell me how to use, dose, or prepare a product?
No. We don't give dosing, administration, preparation-for-use or protocol guidance through any channel. Requests like these may lead to an order being cancelled.
Who is Black Diamond Compounds?
Black Diamond Compounds is a brand of ATP Holdings Group LLC, based in Jacksonville, Florida.
Testing
Who tests your products?
ILS, an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory in the United States. The test panel covers purity (HPLC), identity (LC-MS), content, heavy metals, sterility and endotoxin.
How do I see the certificate for my vial?
Find the lot number on the vial label and enter it in COA lookup. Certificates appear there as the lab releases them.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship within 24 hours.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $200. Below that, it's a flat $9.99. We ship by USPS or UPS.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We ship to US addresses only.
How is my order packaged?
In plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside. Vials ship as lyophilized powder, so no cold packs are needed.
Orders and returns
Can I return an order?
Yes, if the vials are unopened with the cap seal intact and you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials can't be returned. See the Returns page for the steps.
My package was lost or arrived damaged. What now?
Email us your order number and a photo of the package or damage. We'll reship the order once at no charge.
How does Build a Box work?
Add 2 vials for 10% off, 3 or more for 15% off, or 5 or more for 20% off. Mix any compounds and blends. The discount applies in your cart and can't be combined with promo codes.
Do I need an account to order?
An account lets you see past orders and track shipments. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to remember.
