Unopened vials can come back within 14 days. Lost or damaged packages get one free reship. Here is how each works.
Unopened vials
Return any vial whose cap seal hasn't been cracked, within 14 days of delivery.

Send your order number and a photo of the damaged package or vials. If the package never arrived, send the order number.

What can't be returned
- Vials with a cracked or removed cap seal
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
How to start a return
- Email us. Send your order number and which vials to support@blackdiamondpeptide.com.
- Get the go-ahead. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship it back. Pack the sealed vials securely and send them to the address we provide.
- Refund issued. Once the vials arrive and the seals check out, we process your refund.
